Send the photo and one sentence about what happened. Kâtip writes it in your organisation's voice, shapes it for each platform, then waits. Nothing goes out until you say “Publish”.

Send the photo and a sentence about it. No app to open, no form to fill in.

Kâtip writes three versions. Say what you don't like in plain words and it rewrites.

Kâtip can draft all day, but it can't post on its own. Publishing only starts with an approval from a number registered to your organisation.
- Registered numbers only
- Messages from a number your organisation hasn't added are ignored.
- A revision resets approval
- Change the text and the draft waits for your choice again.
- Never handled twice
- If the connection drops and a message arrives again, no second post is opened.

Writes in your voice
Tone, form of address and words to avoid live in an identity file. Every post is written against it.
Writes for each platform
Separate copy for X, Instagram, Facebook and your website, with the image cropped to each platform's ratio.
Doesn't make things up
It won't add a name or title you didn't give it. Every post is checked again before it goes out, and problems come back as warnings.
Asks when something's missing
If someone in the photo isn't named or the date is missing, it asks before it starts writing.
Learns from what you reject
Approved posts are kept as good examples, rejected ones as bad examples with your reason. Later posts are written with both in mind.
Manual sharing always works
Any approved post can be downloaded as one package, with each platform's image and text.
The special-day post is ready that morning.
18 March, the Çanakkale Victory, your founding anniversary, your general assembly. For every day on the calendar, Kâtip prepares the visual and the text ahead of time. When the day comes it asks you on WhatsApp, and nothing goes out until you say yes.
- 1
It goes on the calendar
National days come pre-loaded. You add your own: founding anniversary, general assembly, trade week.
- 2
The visual is prepared in advance
As the day approaches, Kâtip builds the visual from the colours and type in your identity file and writes the text. You can review and change it in the panel.
- 3
It asks you that morning
The visual and text arrive on WhatsApp. Say “yes” and it is posted; say “skip this year” and nothing goes out that day.
Every organisation gets its own Kâtip.
Each organisation works with its own identity file and its own memory. Posts, archive and settings stay in that organisation's account and never mix with anyone else's.
- Authorised numbers are added from the dashboard
- Approval queue, archive and content calendar in one place
- We prepare the identity file with you during setup
