This policy explains in plain language what information we collect on sorexdigital.com, why we collect it and how we protect it. For the legal notice on personal data processing, please read the KVKK Privacy Notice.
In short
- The only personal information we collect is what you send us in a form.
- We count how the site is used without cookies and without knowing who you are, on our own server.
- We use no ad networks, no social media pixels and no tracking cookies.
- We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.
- We delete it when you ask us to.
What we collect
If you are just browsing, we ask nothing of you. To see which pages get read and where the quote form is abandoned, we keep usage statistics that contain neither your name nor your contact details. The Cookie Policy lists exactly what is recorded.
When you complete the quote or contact form, your name, email address, phone number, company name and website if provided, and whatever you write about your request reach us.
Server logs
For every request, the server hosting the site logs the IP address, the time, the address requested and the browser type. These logs are used only for security and error tracking, kept for at most 30 days, not used for marketing and not used for profiling.
An IP address that attacks the site or sends bulk fake submissions may be blocked from the site automatically for a limited time within that period.
Who we share it with
We share it with nobody other than the email provider that delivers your message to us and the provider that hosts the site. If a legal obligation arises, information may be given to authorised institutions, limited to what is requested.
How long we keep it
If your request does not turn into work, we delete your information within 2 years at the latest. If we start working together, the retention periods required by the applicable legislation apply.
Usage statistics are deleted automatically after 12 months.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Form data is transmitted over an encrypted connection. Server and application updates are applied regularly.
No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as identity numbers, bank details or passwords through the form.
Children's data
This is a service site aimed at businesses and is not directed at people under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes
When we change this policy we publish the current text on this page and update the date at the top.
